Hanni Berger is the founder and CEO of JOYVIAL and a sought-after speaker and consultant focused on mental health and wellbeing in high-performing environments. She leads a team of executive health coaches dedicated to helping individuals and teams reduce stress and live their healthiest, most JOYful lives.

Before founding JOYVIAL, Hanni held multiple leadership roles at a Fortune 500 company, where she gained cross-functional experience in operations, revenue management, managing partnerships, branding, and marketing. She led teams of more than 100 employees and grew an $11M business to nearly $46M.

Hanni’s work is deeply personal. While her corporate career was thriving, her health was not. After years of chronic stress and a pivotal health scare, she stepped away from corporate life to pursue formal training in health and wellness. She studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® and expanded her education with leading teachers in the field, focusing on evidence-based approaches to mental health and wellbeing.

Today, Hanni combines science-backed data with real-world experience to show audiences how stress manifests in the body, uncover the mental patterns driving it, and practice effective strategies to reduce and even eliminate it so they can thrive in all areas of their lives.

I’m excited to welcome you Hanni.
