Hanni Berger is a speaker and the CEO of JOYVIAL, an online network of professional health coaches who help you live your healthiest, most joyful and fulfilled life.

 

With 20 years of prior experience in the hospitality industry, she managed large teams, millions of dollars in revenue, and as such experienced firsthand the effects of stress on her mind and body.

 

Today, after years of studying from the best in the health industry, she has combining science backed data, with her own real-world experience. Seeing the life-changing effects certain techniques had on her life, she is passionate about helping you live a life you love.

"Hanni Berger is the CEO of JOYVIAL, an online network of professional health coaches who help you live your healthiest, most joyful and fulfilled life.

 

With more than 15 years of prior experience in the hospitality industry, she managed large teams, millions of dollars in revenue, and experienced the non-stop pressure for constant revenue and profit growth. While Hanni thought she managed her stress well, her body revealed that it wreaked havoc inside. Being confronted with the possibility of having breast cancer she finally paused and asked herself: “What does it take for us to be healthy and feel at peace in the midst of our hectic world?”

 

Today, after years of studying from the best in the health industry, she has combined science backed data and proven spiritual practices with her own real-world experience. Seeing the life-changing effects certain techniques had on her own life, she is passionate about helping others experience that same peace and JOY.

 

She is a native of Austria who never even heard about the movie “The Sound of Music” until coming to the US. Today she gets her sanity from riding her motorcycle - preferably on the race track. Often referred to as a “ray of sunshine”, she brightens up every room with her energy and her beaming smile.

In this interactive conversation you'll learn how to determine the true source of your stress (and no, it’s not what you think it is) and how to live your life without anxiety, anger and other negative emotions. If you live in a high-pace environment aiming to ace your career and home life while feeling a greater sense of calm, you'll want to be part of this talk.

  • The virtual meeting is set up by the organizer using their preferred meeting platform (e.g. GoToMeetings, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

  • The organizer makes available a platform savvy co-host who can:

    • Mute any undesired background noise

    • Facilitate Q&A portion of the presentation (if applicable)

    • Start, pause, and stop the recording (if applicable)

  • A Micro HDMI to HDMI+VGA converter

  • A PowerPoint presentation using 16:9 aspect ratio

  • BEBONCOOL 2.4GHz Wireless Presenter Remote

  • AC power for her Desktop

Hanni needs from you

  • A screen and projector with VGA or HDMI input appropriate to room and audience size 

  • A wireless lavalier or headset microphone (no handheld or lectern please)

  • Speakers (number depends on size of room) and ability to wire her mobile phone to those speakers to play music

Rehearsal and room setup

  • Hanni requests a technical rehearsal the day/evening before the program to test the equipment.

  • Round tables are preferred over theatre style seating but is not required

Video and photos

Hanni welcomes professional videographers and photographers at the event and grants permission to use materials. She will request copies for use in her own marketing materials.
