What is JOY Day?


JOY Day is…

  • JOYVIAL’s annual inspiration to help you activate your own abilities to bring more JOY into your life.

  • A community of like-minded people coming together all seeking to live a more JOYful life.

  • A celebration of the progress you have made in the weeks leading up to JOY Day, the first Friday in October (this year October 7th). Celebrate the steps you have taken to become a happier person by having implemented new proven wellness habits into your life.

Week 2: The Power of Gratitude
