“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. ”

The Facts you must know about your Body and Energy
To truly explore this idea of Einstein’s, we must dive a bit into science. So hang tight, read on, and be ready to be in awe…
About 99 percent of your body is made up of atoms and an atom itself is made up of three tiny kinds of particles: protons, neutrons, and electrons. In short at the core of every human cell (and any other matter for that matter…pun intended) we are energy!
You may have used terms like “I need to save my energy” or you want to ‘direct your energy towards’ something. But did you know that you are not just talking about theoretical application but the actual use of your available energy? In fact your personal energy can have a huge influence on your surroundings and the quality of your life.
Scale of Consciousness
David Hawkins, a psychiatrist and consciousness researcher, combined the discovery that all atoms and sub-atoms were nothing more than energy with leading research on human awareness into a scientifically validated doctorate dissertation that proved ALL objects have energy. All of this energy, Dr. Hawkins explained, vibrates on a Scale of Consciousness. He was able to develop and map out this scale using Applied Kinesiology and Muscle-Testing.
What does this scale show us?
1. Our energetic frequency is naturally JOYful and expansive, but we rarely hook into that state because we let our habituated way of thinking about things, other people or life circumstances drive our natural frequency down.
2. This is relevant because further research shows the emotions stated in the scale above directly impact your health. Or said more bluntly, your emotions determine your likelihood to create disease or not.
3. Dr. Bruce Lipton, an expert in this field states that when you have a perception of love, the brain releases oxytocin (love hormone that regulates your body's metabolism and supports growth), serotonin and growth hormone, all chemicals that when added to cells in a culture dish will enhance growth and health of the cells. In contrast when a person is in fear, their brain releases stress hormones (cortisol, norepinephrine and histamine) that shut down a cell's growth processes and inhibits the immune system, which happens to be completely unsustainable for life. If you remain stuck at lower levels of energy (anger, fear, shame, and guilt) you are inviting disease into your body.

In the New York Times Bestseller, The Hidden Messages in Water Dr. Emoto demonstrates how water exposed to loving, and compassionate human intention results in aesthetically pleasing physical molecular formations in the water while water exposed to fearful and discordant human intentions results in disconnected and disfigured physical molecular formations.
Now ask yourself, if the human body is made up of up to 60% of water how are your emotions impacting your health? If you moved your thinking to a higher frequency (love, joy and, being at peace) and therefore changed your body’s chemistry how would that change your life?
In short, the way you think and feel is at the core of your physical wellbeing. Having said that, this doesn’t mean you should avoid feeling anger, fear, or other low frequency emotions if those feelings are buried within you. What it does mean however is that you become much more conscious about these emotions, truly understand their underlying cause and start proactively addressing the source of these emotions so you can let go and move on.
The sooner you can process and deal with the negative emotions, the sooner you can move into a higher frequency. Pay attention to what “triggers” you, what makes you angry, sad, or fearful. Anything that is a “trigger” is something to delve deeper into as there are residual feelings/emotions to be dealt with.
